This little notebook is the best item I ever bouight for the money. I would recommend to anyone for purchase. I am on it everyday and love the easy touch and it just glides along. It is lightweight but does the job you need to do.........Dell is excellent

Received on time. Worked and looked like new out of the box. Two weeks later computer would not run off or charge off ac adapter. Replaced adapter at our cost. Computer would still not work off adapter. Seller does not return emails (2). Listed phone number is disconnected. Tried to call twice, 7 days apart. You can't work with the seller if you can't get a hold of them! Have filed an Amazon A to Z claim on this unit. Hopefully I will see a reimbursement within 14 days. This has been very inconvenient. The computer was a birthday present to my son to help him with his online schooling. He had been doing his homework at the library before the computer arrived, and the computer gave out right during finals. I thought a refurbished unit should last longer than an "as is" used one. My mistake.

Bought this directly through Amazon and I'm very glad I did. I took it to my local computer shop, had it checked out and the needed programs loaded and updated. The owner told me if he could get 10 of these, he could sell them all before the day was over. He felt it was a very good laptop for the price.It works fine, very fast with our wireless G network and does everything I would want a laptop to do. In addition, it looks brand new. Whoever it was leased to obviously took good care of it. My daughter had one of these a few years ago at her work and said it was the best and most rugged laptop she had ever used. So far, I have to agree.I admit I was hesitant to buy a refurbished unit at first. But now that I am using it I don't see how you could go wrong. And Amazon's free and safe shipping only makes the experience better.
